RETURNS POLICY

Serendipity Studio, sells each product custom meaning that the product is made to a customers specific request once the order is placed. Serendipity Studio will not accept returns or refunds or exchanges on orders. We are unable to make any changes or cancellation on orders after a 24hr period from when you place your order. If you have made any error in ordering please contact us at info@serendipitystudio.co.uk and we will do our best to rectify. 

In the rare off chance that the product arrives damaged in transit from our shipping partner, please share images of the clear damage done of your product and images of the packaging to info@serendipitystudio.co.uk. In cases where damage has occurred a replacement product will be sent to the customer after a review of the damaged product is complete. If you request a damage review, you must agree to the following:

1) Photo of the damage must be taken immediately from when packages has been received (24 Hours maximums since signed for)

2) The product must not have been hung or installed from unboxing.

3) Damages reviews will take a minimum of 30 days to review

4) If damage review is complete and passed out inspection, a replacement will depend on availability of stock. If it cannot be fulfilled a similar product must be chosen instead. Or there will be a longer delay for new stock of materials. You will be responsible for payment of return shipping in the event that Serendipity Studio’s replaces any product
